Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after conclusion of the contract. To exercise this right, inform Mikel Krasniqi, Höllgehau 10, 86381 Krumbach (Schwaben), Germany, email: hello@timetakt.com, of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. Sending your statement before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We will use the same means of payment as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a fee for reimbursement. No automatic loss of withdrawal rights is attached to registration or initial use of TimeTakt.
